Seated exercise involves performing various movements in a routine with qualified instructor Lucy, whilst seated in a chair. It’s an inclusive form of exercise that caters to individuals of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
Benefits include improving strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health while being safe and accessible, especially for those with limited mobility.
