Practical Skills. Real Well-being. A Year of Mentorship to Support you.

We run immersive Forest Bathing Guide Training courses in Devon, training over 600 people during the past 8 years.

Our Forest Bathing Guides come from a wide range of backgrounds, including therapists, healthcare workers, educators, and people who want to reframe their careers – working on their own personal growth whilst giving back to others.

Our courses are designed to help you to:

  • Slow down and recharge: Learn to enter a relaxed state of awareness and have a toolkit to deal with the stress.
  • Gain new skills: Discover how to guide others in Forest Bathing, a proven way to improve physical and mental health.
  • Explore a new career direction: Participants say this training helped them reframe their work and find fresh purpose, with new employment opportunities after training.

Why Forest Bathing? The research is clear:

  • Increase in immune function and anti-cancer proteins
  • Lowered stress hormones and reduction in trauma symptoms
  • Reduced anxiety, depression, anger and fatigue
  • Better sleep, increased metabolism

The training is experiential - you'll feel the benefits for yourself as you learn to share them with others.
