When multiple planets gather in one area of the sky, it is seen as a "portal" for accelerated transformation. We can use the energy of the larger outer movement of the planetary systems to help align our own internal clockwork.
On the 23rd April, Saturn, Mars, Mercury and Neptune are clustered in a rare visual line in the eastern sky. I'm going to use this celestial lineup to theme the breathwork and help accelerate transformation and internal coherence... and of course, all to some bangin' tunes!
Just as many different planets are moving at different speeds but appearing in one line, our lives can be complex without being chaotic. We can use this energy and the breath to help coordinate the different parts of ourselves (career, heart, health) into one unified direction.
