Description

Hi gents, I'm Woodie, I live in Braunton and am a walk leader for Men walking & talking. The aim is to bring men together in a safe space and end the stigma around men's mental health by supporting each other. I'll be over the road from Cawthornes by the circular benches every Sunday @ 11:00am for an hours walk. No need to book and no fee, just turn up! I'd love to see you there.

Men Walking & Talking was created with one clear goal: to support men’s mental health through the power of connection and conversation.
