Wellbeing Walks for anyone who wants to come and walk with us.
Join us on one of our walks with our volunteer walk leaders, make new friends and feel part of the group. We plan the routes for you and have over 10 walks, which are shown on our printed walk guide. We walk and talk on Tuesdays for 20 or 40 minutes (your choice) around Simmons Park and back to the Pavilion Café. On Wednesdays our walk and talk is for 60 to 90 minutes and is more strenuous. Decent walking footwear is advised. With hills and woodland we follow footpaths through some...
