About
Our vision is to nurture a world of empowered, strong and authentic women🙏 We aim to do this by offering embodied boxing classes.
George is both an experienced Clinical Psychologist and dedicated Boxing Coach. Specialising in body-based therapies, she integrates non-contact boxing classes and embodied life coaching to support people in coming home to their bodies and reconnecting with themselves.
Full of energy, attracting names like ‘Tigger’ in her training sessions, George is in her element when it comes to boxing. She found boxing later in life, entering in to her first charity boxing fight at the ripe age of 34 years old. Movement has always been a big part of her life though and she has dabbled in dance, burlesque, watersports (to name a few!). She can personally vouch for the power of movement as a way to both express and reconnect back to yourself.
George is passionate about creating a community for women who have experienced trauma or struggle with confidence. As a result, she felt drawn to develop and offer a way of moving to support women to embrace and unleash their anger in healthy ways. She loves nothing more than being able to support women to feel empowered and strong in their bodies. And hence, the Warrior Women project was born!
