Wellbeing Support in the Coastal area, with a range of services, including Home Help Cleaning, Transport, Befriending and more!

Supporting people in Teignmouth, Dawlish and Chudleigh to make sustainable changes to their own health and wellbeing.

We offer practical and emotional support to the people who need it most in Teignmouth, Dawlish and Chudleigh. This is mainly volunteer-led. We offer transport to medical appointments, befriending, memory support, and more.
