Independent advocacy for people who have a learning disability

VOCAL is a small independent advocacy organisation operating in South and West Devon that helps adults with learning disability and communication difficulties to understand and exercise their rights, make informed choices and speak up for themselves.

Our advocacy service is free of charge.  Should you wish to refer yourself or someone you know you will need to complete a referral form - please email or phone the office and we can arrange to send you one: [email protected] 01803 868300. 

Our service is available during normal office hours.
