Hi!
I'm Verónica and my specialty is to help people let go of their old stories and limiting beliefs so they can reach their highest potential.
I have a unique approach being trained in various psychological models, healing modalities and esoteric traditions, including Theta Healing, Shamanic Energy Healing, Pranic Healing, Humanistic Counselling and Life and Career Coaching. I have also worked in different roles in the corporate world for a number of years.
I offer the following 1:1 services online and in person (in Tavistock, Devon):

- Spiritual Mentoring
- I regularly run meditation and personal & spiritual development workshops, online and in person. Ongoing meditation group in Tavistock: Every Thursday at 6pm at The Printworks.
- I can also work with your organisation delivering self-development, coaching and well-being workshops or offering Coaching and Counselling services to your employees.
