Mental health Support 

Transcend Trauma provide online support through monthly meetings on a Tuesday evening (£10). We also have a monthly walk and talk group in and around Sidmouth on a Sunday morning (£5)

Workshops and Retreats are also offered in areas such as Inner Child, Trauma Release and Drama Triangle. Please contact us to find out more.
