I’m a licensed menopause advocate and a mindful nutritionist

My name is Claire Horn, and I am the founder of The Atomic Wellness Company CIC, a Community Interest Company supporting local communities with menopause education and evidence-based nutrition guidance.

I am a licensed Menopause Advocate and Mindful Nutritionist, working to provide accessible support, education, and practical tools for individuals navigating perimenopause, menopause, and long-term health through nutrition. We are also National Lottery funded for our food education campaign, The Real Food Reset, which focuses on helping people understand how everyday food choices can support future health, energy, and quality of life.

I currently offer:

· Menopause and perimenopause education and support

· Community based Nutrition workshops and group sessions

· Support for individuals living with or at risk of long-term conditions, where dietary changes can play a meaningful supportive role alongside medical care.
