Volunteer Recruitment
SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity has been helping serving and veteran personnel and their families since1885. The key to the support is through the network of trained volunteer caseworkers based in local communities across the UK (and overseas).
Owing to continued requests for help, we need to increase our team of volunteers. If you are a good listener, have the ability to quickly understand the need of an individual, and have the determination to seek a resolution to their issue, then becoming a volunteer caseworker with SSAFA can give you immense satisfaction. A military background is not necessary and full training and support will be given. We do ask that you have reasonable IT skills as all client information is logged into a secure database.
