Community Wellbeing Events

Sol Energies is a growing self-healing community.

 

The time of the self-led healer is here.

You don’t need someone to save you.

You need others to hold you whilst you save yourself.


There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to this old thing called life - we are all walking each other home, which is why so much of what we offer is about bringing people together.

Let us lighten your load, give you a shoulder to lean on, a hand to hold, and a smile to help you remember.

The gift of friendship goes a long way.

Community Events for Self-healing and personal  Transformation are throughout East Devon, Exeter, and South Devon.  

Events including: Sound Baths/ Women's Circles/ Retreats, and Wellness days/ Workshops

Our Treatment space for one-to-one support, is based in Budleigh Salterton, Devon.
