My role is to support various projects at South Hams Community Action. I am currently working with 2 projects.
1. - The Homes for Ukraine Team in support of improving settlement of the nearly 200 residents in the South Hams
2. - Responding to the needs of the Primary Care Networks and local community groups in specfici areas such as Wembury and Yealmpton parishes to scope the level of need for Peer Support, which just means bringing people together who share a common need or interest in improving their wellbeing.
