Hello... I’m Donna a yoga teacher and holistic therapist based just outside Kingsbridge in South Devon and Online.

I love to empower individuals through Yoga Classes, Yoga Retreats, Theraputic Events and Wellness Days at Merrifield House Yoga Centre and SUP Yoga in Kingsbridge. 
 
Take some time out for self-care and commit to your own evolution. Let go of tension and invite relaxation and empowerment into your body, mind and heart.
 
I am a self-confessed yoga, dogs, wholesome food, green juice and beach lover! My favourite book is ‘the Art of Hearing Heartbeats’ (by Jan-Philipp Sendker) and favourite movie is ’50 First Dates’.
