Encompass is a charity with commissioned services for rough sleepers, housing, women fleeing domestic abuse and support for individuals who have a high demand on public services. I am a case worker for a lottery funded project (High Flow) that provides support for a high demand sector that can be referred by any agency, family or self referral.
