We support veterans and serving personnel in North Devon to rest, reflect, and enhance their wellbeing & mental health, based in nature.

From feeling the security of the military family where everyone is there to support you to nobody understanding your experiences - we recognise that this is what it can feel like when you leave the military.
We operate a peer support system utilising the force of nature, offering a place for veterans to have a space to relax and regain that sense of community.
Root Cause is run for veterans by veterans. Ensuring that the support provided is from those who understand firsthand the journey of transitioning back to civilian life.
Our veteran sessions available to anyone who has served in the Armed Forces and are free-of-charge.
