I had to give up my job due to fibromyalgia

I’m a 55 year old female living in East Devon. I have been struggling with mental health for a long time but didn’t really realise it, thought it was the “normal” Things that have happened in life from childhood & on definitely haven’t had a big impact as for most. I am gradually beginning to cope & understand myself through the help of others. Which hopefully will continue.
