Provide community transport

We are a community led service (Registered Charity: 1024617), supported by Devon County Council and West Devon Borough Council, committed to providing access to transport for the local community - especially for people who find it physically difficult to use conventional public transport, the elderly and those who are rurally isolated. We provide transport for both healthcare and social journeys. Our community car scheme is delivered by our 36 wonderful volunteer drivers. We also have a Ring and Ride bus service, collecting passengers from our outlying villages & towns and bringing them into Okehampton, for shopping, socialising or appointments.   We also organise Lifestyle trips in our 15 seater minibus, visiting attractions across Devon & Cornwall and beyond, as well as Sunday Lunches. We have 2 wheelchair accessible vehicles, so we can provide an inclusive service. All our services are door to door.
