Newton Abbot Museum explores the history of Newton Abbot and the local environs.

Formerly a church (built in 1835), this beautiful space has been restored from its derelict state and repurposed to provide a new home for Newton Abbot Town Council and Newton Abbot Museum, complete with community rooms used to host exciting events, workshops and exhibitions.

The museum’s mission is to be a free, accessible centre for learning, to excite curiosity and to promote understanding and appreciation of the cultural heritage of the town.
