I serve as the Community Role Inclusion and Accessibility Connector at NDVS, where I work to advance equity, inclusion, and accessibility across programs and community initiatives. In this role, I collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to identify and remove barriers, strengthen inclusive practices, and ensure services are responsive to diverse community needs.
