A fascinating museum housed in an old mill in the centre of Okehampton. It is dedicated to the fascinating history of Dartmoor and its people. It is everyones museum and everyones history. There are three floors of wonderful exhibits and many more in our archive. We host regular exhibitions in our John Young Gallery and also run the local Tourist Information Centre. We love to work with community partners to enhance our offer to both local people and visitors.
