Exercise classes for over 60s to improve muscle strength, balance and flexibility.

Weekly classes are held at venues along the Culm Valley. An opportunity to do physical exercise in a social group helping to motivate one another. Exercises to music can to be done seated or standing and all within the range of the individual. 
Your first class is free of charge.
