We aim to fight loneliness and unwantedness by equipping communities with opportunities, motives and skills for adventurous conversations

Community Waffling

Free one-to-one support for the community. We pair our volunteers with those who need help with their shopping, prescription pick-up or who could just use a natter, usually for one-two hours each week.

The Wafflers

A social group with a very real emphasis on social. We provide a safe and relaxed environment on a Monday for our group to strengthen their social skills over a free cuppa or - 3!

Community Gardening

A free volunteer gardening service for those in and around Axminster struggling to maintain their gardens for different reasons. The team undertakes both one-off project and regular visits.

Tech Support

A free tech surgery every Tuesday in Waffle from 10-12 to help with all sorts of tech niggles. We can also provide home-based support for those who may struggle to get out.

Community Work Experience

A rolling, monthly programme of work experience placements across the community providing students with classroom alternative learning, off-timetable.

Waffle Training

A half-dayor full-day social skills training workshop to inspire people to have more adventurous conversations in their communities, work place or organisation.
