Make a Difference Tavistock is a mental health charity providing support and friendship in our community.
We offer people who live in Tavistock and the surrounding area support to improve their mental health, with a relaxed, café-style hub that’s open three days a week.
You can find us at The Arches, underneath the old railway viaduct, just off Taylor Square. You don’t need an appointment to drop in for a hot drink and chat with our friendly community members on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Activities include arts and crafts, board games and music, while we also hold craft workshops and other events: find diary dates on our Facebook page.
Make a Difference has a quiet room for one-to-one conversations if you’re finding things tough and need someone to listen.
