I live on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon, with my three children. I am a 5Rhythms teacher, running regular classes and workshops in and around my local community.
I have a background in Karate, Tai-Chi and Flow Arts, and discovered 5Rhythms in the midst of motherhood in 2013. Finding the 5Rhythms gave me a creative outlet to be authentic and find my freedom, to be able to meditate and dance at the same time is so unique and such a delight.
After 12 years of dancing, I am extremely passionate about living the 5Rhythms philosophy in my day-to-day life with the mindfulness and tools that the practice can offer. Having graduated in the 5Rhythms Global Teacher Training in 2024, I am now able to use my passion and experience to bring 5Rhythms to others and share with them all the benefits it brings.
Living a healthy balanced lifestyle is important to me and has driven me to begin establishing the foundations of a 5Rhythms community in Devon to further spread the word of the practice and open up a wider network to all that this movement meditation has to offer.
