Enabler / PA / Support Worker

As an enabler I aim to build trust, support independence and help people live an active fulfilled life.

After starting my career in the British Army, then going onto work for large kitchen suppliers, I took on the role of being a coach for my sons football team in Fremington. This empowered me to take the leap into enabling. I thrive on seeing the team happy, exercising and building resilience and purpose. I enjoy being outdoors and keeping fit.

I am able to provide high quality companionship, help with shopping and meal preparation, I can support you attending appointments, help with medications and attend clubs or engage in activities that you enjoy.Unfortunately isolation can be the main cause of physical and mental deterioration so I aim to make sure we are accessing the community in a way that suits you. I work alongside other enablers and we are able to meet and socialise, a skill that really helps build self esteem.

Families can relax in the knowledge I will care for my clients with the
up most dignity and respect - l will always put my client first and can be flexible and we can make a plan to suit your individual needs and wants. I can help you maintain your chosen lifestyle to ensure you live a happy, positive and purposeful life.

Based in Barnstaple - covering all surrounding areas. Public liability insurance and DBS checked with up to date safeguarding and first aid training.
