I offer job coaching and work experience in a retail setting.

I am the owner of Meadows Florist and Gift Shop in Teignmouth. The business has been established for 8 years and we will be expanding in the new year. I have previously employed staff with autism and have an understanding of the requirements. I can provide positive support and job coaching in a retail setting. Our daily routine involves serving the public, unpacking fresh flowers and creating a floral display. The week ends with basic florist training. The participants can make their own flower creations which can be taken home. Successful participants may apply for an access to work grant which will cover their costs of the work placement.
