Mindful Pregnancy, Birth and Baby

It is my mission to support you in your birth and parenthood. To ensure you are prepared, confident and calm. This results in a positive birth for you, however you birth your baby. A confident parent makes a confident child! Whether it is your first or second baby- I am here for you.

 I offer personalised;

  • Antenatal & Hypnobirthing classes
  • Refresher Classes- VBAC, 2nd baby new to hypnobirthing or refresh your knoweldge
  • Newborn Classes- including feeding, baby cues, sleep, and settling.
  • Fourth Trimester Classes- How to prepare for being parents and what to expect in the first few months. There is so much to choose from!

I have supported family's across Devon and online throughout the UK.
