Training adults with learning challenges in employment skills

Launchpad is a not for profit organisation offering adults with learning challenges the opportunity to develop employment and social skills.  Launchpad is based in two settings in Budleigh Salterton; within the Seachange building where we provde a cafe and catering for the building and where our outside catering activites are based, and in Wesley's, a community cafe in the centre of town.  Trainees are encouraged to be involved in all aspects of food preparation, customer service, hopspitality and hygiene, and also will get oppurtunites to develop their skills by completing work experience placments with local employers.
