I'm a Community Developer for Lynton and Lynmouth working for a small charity called North Devon Voluntary Services, based in Barnstaple. My role is to celebrate strengths, assets and positive aspects of the community. I work closely with residents to work out their needs and any areas of support. Then I'm bridge between residents and outside organisations, ensuring everyone has the same access to services.
