 Hello, my name is Hannah Creed, I am 34 years old and have worked in the care sector for 12 years, I have numerous qualifications including NVQ Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care.

I love my job and find it extremely rewarding. I am full of pride knowing I have helped someone stay independent in their own home and that in itself brings great joy to me. 

I am criminal record checked (DBS).

I can help you or your loved one with all aspects of personal care or be a helping hand if you need that little bit of extra encouragement. 

I am happy to carry out light cleaning, shopping, medication, meal prep, personal care or anything you feel you may need in between. 

I can provide you with daily visits, weekly visits, and sit-ins/sleep-ins. 

There is nothing I won't try to help you stay independent at home.
