I teach 10 public yoga classes per week in and around Bideford, as well as monthly workshops, private events, retreats, one-to-one tuition, and corporate yoga and wellness sessions. My initial 200hrs training was in vinyasa and since then I've taken additional trainings in Yin, Mandala, Pranayama (breathwork practices) Yoga for Health, Yoga for Menopause.
