Community Garden / Social and Therapeutic Gardening

Growing Well Garden is a green social prescribing / therapeutic horticulture project based at Bow Medical Practice in Devon which provides gardening and garden based activities in a friendly and supportive setting. Our aim is to promote and improve the physical and mental health/wellbeing of participants who self refer or who are referred from GP services and other allied professionals.
