Retired Care Home Manager

Hi I have worked over 40 years in care and retired from being a Residential care home manager 2022( Adults) I tried a few part time jobs but as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis I am only able to work a few hours. I am looking for 15 or under hours a week. I have a lot to give and do not enjoy being sat at home 24/7. I need to be able to meet people and gain back my confidence.
