We are Exeter’s Touch Rugby Club running community and squad sessions every week!

We are Exeter’s Touch Rugby Club. We welcome all players over 18, regardless of your experience. Touch rugby is minimal-contact version of rugby, suitable for everyone. The game is fun, fast-paced and great for fitness! We offer something for everyone, whatever your motivation for playing! Every week we run friendly and inclusive Community Touch Rugby (Mondays) as well as Club Training Sessions (Wednesdays) for our squad, The Eagle Owls, who compete in local and national fixtures at weekends. Alongside our touch rugby sessions, we also run an active social calendar with monthly events open to all our players and their friends. We have set up our club to be as inclusive and open as possible, so no membership is required. Simply sign up for sessions you would like to attend using our Club App (Spond). New players are always welcome, and your first session is always free!
