The Trevor Ford Dyslexia Workshop helps children aged 8 - 14 with literacy difficulties and who are suffering low self esteem and frustration due to not keeping up with their peers.

Classes which are for one hour consist of groups of four or less and involve fun, quick, easy to learn techniques as well as continuous encouragement.

The Saturday Workshop has been running at the Courtenay Centre in Newton Abbot since the 1970s and was founded by the late Trevor Ford BEM an Honorary Fellow of the British Dyslexia Association.
