Hi, I'm a 43 female living in teignmouth, I can only offer a small amount of time at evenings and weekends! I am mental health first aider within my work place and also volunteered with the Samaritans for about a year but this became too much but learnt some valuable skills, I enjoy walking and cooking and have a full uk driving license
