I work for BT and responsible for managing 2 independent sales organisations.
The collective value of these contracts are approx £60 million of sales sold by nearly 100 sales people.
I am responsible for the contractual relationshiop between BT and these independant organisations. The contract is about hitting sales targets and also upholding the brand values of a global business. This includes security audits, ISO 9001 compliance, staffing levels, 1:1 notes and other compliant measures.
I meet with the senior management team of each organisation on a regular basis to review previous performance and to ensure the direction of travel will deliver the required sales.
I am also a member of the BT Business IP transformation board that is responsible for ensuring all customers are ready for the IP switch over in 2025. This oversees a number of projects and reports directly to the MD of BT Business Enterprise who reports to the PLC Board.
I have worked for BT for over 20 years across sales, marketing & commercial roles.
