Dartmoor Nordic Walking; My name is Denise Horner, I have a background in fitness and have been teaching the technique of Nordic Walking since 2014. It is an enhancement of everday walking with the benefit of using the upper body! Dr Michael Mosley has recently suggested it has greater benefits that a HIIT class. We have regular walks on Dartmoor.
