Counselling

We  provide high quality mental health counselling to as many people as possible

We are an independent mental health charity, staffed by volunteers offering psychotherapy and counselling to individuals across the North Dervon area. 

We were established around 25 years ago when we had only 4 counsellors on our team. 

We have grown over the years and now our team is made up of around 25 counsellors who are either qualified or who are in training. 

All counsellors have been interviewed and assessed as competent to help clients with any issues that they may bring. 

Counselling sessions are generally offered Monday to Thursday between 10:00 am and 3:30pm. We do have some evening appointments available, but these are often booked up very quickly
