Having moved back to Devon form Dorset in 2024, I've recently joined Space to Be Wellbeing CIC (S2B) a wonderful not-for-profit organisation using movement, mindfulness and creative exploration, to support individuals wellbeing within North Devon. The 'Hands on Books Project' I had been planning in my head for some time, seemed to fit really well with the S2B creativity and wellbeing ethos.
'Hands on Books Project' creative sessions will focus on enjoyment, positivity and connection. Practising creativity is the most effective way to indulge in exercise for your brain. Creativity engages the brain, particularly the subconscious, offering a therapeutic and uplifting way to spend time both with yourself and with others.
