I work with neurotypical and neurodiverse adult clients who don’t feel like themselves. 

You may be feeling anxious; a bit ‘flat’; or maybe you’re feeling as though you need to make some changes in your life but aren’t quite sure where to start or how to go about it. 

This may be due to current events like relationship difficulties or things which happened in the past that are impacting on your life and affecting you now or maybe you don't know why you feel like you do and want to find out.

 

I offer online and face-to-face counselling in central Exeter, with some clients finding a combination of the two the most convenient way of incorporating sessions into their lives.
