‘Planting hope for a brighter future’
Who are we?
We are a welcoming, inclusive group with the main aim of 'growing people' by developing friendships, confidence and skills. Although we started as a small gardening group, and still offer plenty of community growing/conservation opportunities, we now offer so much more! This includes 'TGT Assist' (helping people get over barriers to employment through offering support with CVs, applications, courses etc.) and the development of creative skills such as upcycled craft and media.
We want to empower people of all abilities to discover their strengths and have a purposeful impact on the community. Although we depend mainly on volunteers, we are also aiming to provide some supported employment opportunities. The people who join us 'Become Part of the Solution'.
