Weekly group helps Prevent Loneliness And Isolation Together, with small group conversations, seated exercise, lunch together.
This is a small group where you will feel welcome and safe - even if you don't like groups. Most of our group are retired, and we would like to include younger people too.
Every Wednesday in Fairplace Church Hall (opposite Okehampton Post Office)
Open from 10.30am for tea/coffee and settling in.
11 to 11.30 conversation on a simple topic
11.45 to 12.45 seated exercise for all abilities
1pm to 2pm Soup and sweet lunch
Followed by a short story and thought time (optional)
£8 for everything
