Hi. I'm Founder and Senior Consultant at Change Q Leadership, a leadership development company equipping purpose-led leaders and their teams with the skills and approaches needed to achieve greater impact in the world. I’ve spent almost my entire working life helping charities and social enterprises to bring about change, tackling some of the thorniest problems - from domestic violence and child trauma to biodiversity and climate change, in the UK and overseas and for organisations of all sizes.

 

I now combine over 30 years’ practical leadership experience, both as a specialist consultant in strategy and leadership, and as a hands-on not for profit leader who has experienced the challenges you face – with solid academic qualifications in leadership and strategy to help organisations to improve their capacity for bringing about change.
