Dementia Care & Support

We are a dementia social enterprise that helps families and indivdiuals living with memory loss. The Ness is led by specialist nurses and aims to slow disease progression through the use of cognitive stimulation and social connection. We run our Active Minds groups across Torbay designed for those worried about their memories or those who have been diagnosed recently with dementia.

We also help families and individuals through advice, support and teaching. Running sessions for families and carers to help them support someone living with memory loss.
