Mental Health support group

Tea and Talk would like to welcome you to a new short term intervention support group. We meet every other Thursday (starting 13/10/21) @ Central Church, Tor Hill Road, Torquay at 5:30pm.  Join our safe and non judgemental environment to talk about your struggles/experiences, improve your social skills and just sit and relax with a hot or cold drink. 

We offer sign posting, peer support, events to motivate you. You can come and drop in or stay the whole session, it's what you feel comfortable doing.
