My name is Sharon Gale, and I am the founder of Hot Flush, an artist at QUIETBRITISHACCENT, and a freelance art educator.

I established Hot Flush because there is a lack of information and understanding about menopause. My goal is to share insights on managing menopause and perimenopause symptoms while also highlighting local support services in North Devon.
