PlaceBased Agile: I support charities, CICs, and community organisations in the UK to work more clearly and flexibly using adapted Agile methods like Scrum and Kanban.

PlaceBased Agile's core services include: 1) Agile for Earned Income: short discovery sprints to test and build mission-aligned income streams without overcommitment 2) Agile for Community Fundraising: support to design and run Minimum Viable Campaigns (MVCs) based on real feedback and capacity 3) Agile for Internal Processes: help setting up simple workflows, planning rhythms, and team retrospectives to reduce bottlenecks and burnout.

I also run the free Community Scrum Club, a monthly online meetup for charities and public sector teams applying Agile in real-world settings.
